I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a week and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, yet conveniently close to main roads, shops, restaurants, and even the beach! The perfect location for exploring the city.
All in all, I can confidently say that my stay at this hotel was near perfect. The only small downside was the noise from the rooms situated near the front entrance and across from the TV lounge.

The communal kitchen and lounge area were a lifesaver during my stay. It felt like having my own personal chef and living room all in one. The barbecue area overlooking the plunge pool was perfect for grilling and chilling. It was like having my own private beachside barbecue party. The mini fridge in the room was so convenient. It kept my drinks and snacks cool, just like having a mini convenience store right in my room. The private bathroom with a shower was a blessing. It was like having my own personal spa, with hot water and refreshing showers whenever I wanted. The free WiFi throughout the property was a game-changer. It kept me connected and entertained, just like having my own personal digital playground.
Limited hot water.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shekinah Lodge. The location was perfect, with popular restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. The recommendations and tips provided by our hosts were invaluable in planning our daily trips. The breakfast served each morning was delightful, and we especially loved cooling off in the pool after a long day of exploring. The option to self-cater in the kitchen was an added bonus. We highly recommend using the convenient Citi bus transportation, with a bus station just 200m from the premises. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Shekinah Lodge for a stay in Cape Town.

The location was close to restaurants and supermarkets, making it easy to grab food and supplies. the room amenities were great, including a fridge, TV, and a fan. the vibe was also nice, and it had a good outdoor seating area to enjoy sunsets.
The service was terrible. the staff was unhelpful and rude, and they charged the card without permission.

We had a wonderful family stay in a clean and quiet accommodation with a great location close to the beach and Sea Point promenade. the service was exceptional, the breakfast well-prepared, and there was easy access to nearby shops and everything we needed. the facilities were comfortable and suitable for our small children.
One minor downside was the pool, which was quite small and more like a jacuzzi.

The rooms at Shekinah Lodge are just perfect! They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, like a mini fridge to keep your drinks cold and a work space to get some work done. And let's not forget about the LCD TV, perfect for catching up on your favorite shows after a long day of exploring Cape Town. It's like a cozy home away from home!
But, if I had to pick something I liked less, it would be the showers in the private bathroom. They were a bit small for my liking, but hey, that's just my personal opinion.

During my xmas stay, I enjoyed the decent breakfast and the free Wi-Fi offered by the hotel. The hotel is located in a key area, close to tourist attractions and public transportation. The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
The noise level was unbearable. The traffic outside was constant and loud, making it almost impossible to sleep.
